Jason,
To address the question of Mass Balance, I am suggesting that we create a Mb working model for the Pulsar, for display and to satisfy future questions. To date, that question is the number 1 technical I have asked. Since Pulsar has so many applications and interfaces, the Mb working model will act as a benchmark baseline and a live, visual, redundant entity to vivify and verify daily any new prospective client with their unique perspectives and concerns.
Additionally, by establishing this model, we can ensure that all stakeholders have a clear understanding of the system's operational limits and expected behavior. The working model would also facilitate real-time tracking of any deviations in mass balance, enabling us to promptly address issues as they arise.
The question of Mb will always be asked, and this model will be dedicated strictly as an evaluation tool with a predicted life self of max operation performance for a period of 5 years. Note there will be a 1.1 design factor so you may have to wait 5.5 years for the EOO. Between now and then, this may be the best approach to satisfy the Question of Mb, and we can maintain a working log on performance, and give an analytical base for any new configurations.
